KDL - A KDL is a term used on BeOS and possibly other operating systems for a serious kernel error which causes the computer to drop into the kernel debugger. KDL stands for Kernel Debug(ger) Land.
Ddb (software) - ddb is a BSD interactive kernel debugger.
SoftICE - SoftICE is a kernel mode debugger for Microsoft Windows. Crucially, it is designed to run underneath Windows such that the operating system is unaware of its presence.
KGDB - KGDB is a debugger for the Linux kernel. It requires two machines that are connected using a null modem cable.
